Learning and Growing

As you reflect on this year \r and prepare for next year,\r what are the lessons you have learned\r in business and how do you plan to \r use those lessons to grow your business\r in the year ahead?

And remember, in every challenge\r there is opportunity for growth\r so even if you had a challenging\r year it can be a stepping stone\r to success.

I know the hustle and bustle of the \r holiday season can seem overwhelming\r when you try to factor in end of year\r business planning.

So simplify this very important task\r by focusing on the Top Three Lessons \r you have learned and how you\r will apply your newfound wisdom\r towards improving and growing\r your business.

If you didn\'t meet your financial goals\r this year what lessons have you learned\r that will help you accomplish that goal\r next year?

Create more income streams if you \r relied too heavily on one source of income.

Eliminate the activities that took up a \r lot of your time and provided little to no\r return on investment.\r Increase the activities that provided\r a good return on investment, and \r duplicate and increase your success\r with similar activities.

Select your top three lessons\r and then ask yourself the following questions:

1. What have I learned from this experience?

2. If it was unpleasant, what can I do to \r prevent future occurrences?

3. If it was pleasant, what can I do to\r experience this success on an ongoing basis?

4. How can I use this experience to \r grow my business?

This is just a start but you only need to \r take a step to move forward.

Give yourself the gift of time now and \r reflect upon your lessons learned this year.\r When this year comes to a close take only\r the wisdom from those lessons and apply \r them to your goals for next year.

Leave any bad feelings about any challenges\r you had this year behind when the curtain\r falls on this year, and stay focused on the\r growth of your business and yourself when\r the curtain rises on the new year.

Remember that every challenge is \r an opportunity for growth and \r can be a stepping stone towards success.

So stay focused on your success\r as you step into the New Year.
