Im sure you know what the worst spot of all is. Its the one that you just cant get rid of no matter how hard you try. Most spots run a cycle of a few days and then do the honourable thing and disappear but some stubbornly decide to stay. This is where various methods and treatments come into play to aid you in your mission to rid yourself of spots and blackheads. Ironically some products actually aggravate the condition, notably acne. Surely though, one of the biggest concerns is how to get rid of blackheads. We all know they are caused by blocked pores and can often be found on our noses. The reason they love noses so much is because noses are characteristically oily. Now you have to be careful, but this is a tip on how to get rid of blackheads.
Your first concern should be, is not damaging your skin further in your attempts to eradicate those blackheads. They can be highly annoying as they exist deep in the pores of your skin which can make it a difficult task to get rid of them. The famous squeeze and pinch tactic is one many people adopt in a bid to rid themselves of blackheads but it is flawed as the high pressure on your skin causes irritation and in many instances, further damage to your skin. Before you know it you have an even more prominent mark caused by the blood vessels you just broke and guess what? The blackhead you were trying to get rid of is probably still there.
There is a product on the market a Biore strip. Basically they are adhesive strips that extract up to half of the blackheads you have, but there is a drawback and that is they can further irritate your skin which ultimately means more blackheads. Something you dont want.
A far less harsh method for those wanting to know how to get rid of blackheads, is to use a hot cloth on your face for a few minutes and then apply a mild face scrub to exfoliate and gently remove those blackheads over time. There are also blackhead removers available on the market.
